Now you may be asking yourself, what's the difference between an organic feed lot and a normal feed lot? Well in a normal feed lot the farmers “make the cows stand in their own manure all day and feed them nothing but cown so that they can grow faster” this was stated in the book “The Omnivore's Dilemma” by Michael Polland and in an organic feed lot they do it like how they are supposed to, they feed them other foods than just corn and they don't stand in their own manure until they die, they grow by themselves, kind of like how the old farmers used to do it and it's a lot less crowded than the normal feedlots.
