In Steve Jobs commencement speech he claims that the only way one can be successful is he or she does something they really love every day. He points out that everything may not seem to add up in the moment, but they all eventually will one day. Not only that he give people hope that not everyone goes to college and finished or just doesn't feel right sometimes you just have to trust your gut feeling it might take you on a whole new path you've never imagined. Even with that being said I still think that the generation of kids (Us) have already begun to think about life like that I'm pretty sure most of us would rather work our butts off for something we love to do rather than spend hours somewhere we dread waking up for just to live this huge materialistic world of money Jobs (2005); Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. As far as careers are concerned, this right here is what I mean, don't go making choices about the rest of your life just to choose take your time to pursue and learn, shape your learning experience around things you love it will keep you interested longer than you would be if you choose the first career you think you’ll be the most successful. Klosowski (2013); “the goal here is to give you a better idea of what you want to do with yourself. This might just reveal, "the thing you want to pursue" and not your actual career path. That's okay, because if nothing else it sets you on the path to getting somewhere you want to end up.” I agree with this just like Steve Jobs said you have to trust your gut sometimes it's might be the best decisions you've ever made in your career.
With that being said I still believe the real success in life is achieved by working and making money doing what you really love to do. wake up in the morning everyday living what you do and know you've spent so much time picking and choosing all my right and left turns in life.
