Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar Located on 325 N Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is rated 4.5 stars out of 5 by Facebook users. Being at its location, surrounded by water of Penns Landing, customers would say that the view is absolutely amazing. Although being an Asian restaurant, as you look through their menu Hibachi also has some foods of the American culture as well. This restaurant deserves its 4.5 stars, it meets up with all of the standards of being one. The chefs are very entertaining, they cook your food how you like right in front of your face doing tricks. The prices for the food are reasonable as well, and the setting is comfortable making you never wanting to leave. If you 've ever been at this Hibachi location, you can say that as soon as you walk in, the environment is warm, welcoming, and very neat. The waiting area has this beautiful view of water of Pennsylvania 's “Penns Landing” with beautiful lighting, a mini bar, and a stage where a band of people with a grand piano, bass guitar, and singer can entertain you as you wait to be seated. As you walk around the restaurant you see that there are all types of Asian artwork decorated of other around the restaurant and even a mini bridge with a pond underneath of the bridge giving it that Asian feel. On the menu including foods of the Asian culture are Unagi Bento, Chirashi, Japanese Egg Rolls Yakitori Miso Soup, etc. On the other hand, meals of the American culture on the menu has Chicken Wings, New York Steak, Salmon, or Scallops, Filet Mignon, Lobster Tail, Chicken & Tilapia, etc. The setting is of modern customs, where as in traditional Asian restaurants, your seat would be on a mat where you can eat sitting on the floor as opposed of in America, we in sitting in chairs.
