In Gills main points he writes about how people are not learning effectively during their schooling. I agree with what the author is writing about, that the education system has been cultured in ways that may not be particularly realistic. People in school often worry more about the grade than actually retaining the information given to them. I think this is more of a problem now, seeing as assignment and test are put online to complete although the answers are easily accessed through the textbook or the web. People have adapted to relying on technology so much which leads to loss of creativity. Gill had a particular notion that you should “Embrace education with all your heart, and remember that schooling is only a small part of the puzzle”
