On Ash Wednesday things will change.
The light of the world will become the sufferer of life. It seems too soon.
On the first day of January, annually Christians and others may celebrate the birth of Mary's baby - Jesus.
Now look and listen as songs have turned from praise of birth to hymns and music for a season of ministry, before death. What makes it bad or sad? Why is it that there often a madding sense of frustration that comes, after such a celebrating of life? Well, listen to the answer in the music.
Epiphany sounds in "We Three Kings", "Joy to The World" and “Silent Night” sung in praise for the light of the world and the manifestation of the Anointed One end. Now, moving from Epiphany into Lent, songs bring a paradigm shift from praise singing to songs of the cross, such as "The Old Rugged Cross."

If you believe, then join Christians on Ash Wednesday and journey for 46 days of spiritual growth. Bathe in the experience of the gift of life. The gift of life was bought by God and granted the world at the cost of his Beloved Son - Jesus!
Come as you are praying and studying, so as to accept what God has done through Christ. Then, leave the experience of being you to living the experience of God in you. People change. Everything can change. The change could happen on Ash Wednesday or on Thursday. In fact, the magic is not in the day of the week or hour. The blessing is in taking the leap of faith on the adventurous journey to the Cross. The promised change will come. Try it!
