a) An appropriate way of working
b) An inappropriate way of working
And give an explanation of why these are appropriate or inappropriate.
a) Appropriate situations for group work

Example explanation
Situation 1 attitudes All group member having different attitude. In this situation member having positive attitude. They help to other member. And they doing work own self honestly. Never depend other person. Some people approach every situation with a smile.
Situation 2
Time ( if working for a goal) When whole group working for a goal to achieve it at that time, time is considered most important because there is limited time period

Identify three examples of cultural influences on group processes and how they have affected the functioning of the group.

There are distinctive sorts of societies which impact on gathering process and working style too. Here primary three samples are talked about.
 Individualism versus Collectivism (IDV):For this situation, dominant part of individuals are worried about themselves when contrasted with others while in communalism, speaks to an inclination to work with others part and expects some work from them in return for unquestioning steadfastness.
 Masculinity versus Femininity (MAS): It has been an inquiry while working in a gathering that who is keener and sufficiently solid in term of doing all sort of errands. Manliness is viewed as more achievable, courage, self-assuredness and material prizes for achievement. In the opposite, gentility is considered for collaboration, unobtrusiveness and takes care of personal satisfaction.
 Uncertainty Avoidance Index (UAI): In this type of culture member of group feel uncomfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity. The fundamental issue here is how a society deals with the fact that the future can never be known by anyone.
