It has articles written from the time period as well as articles that have been published afterwards to gain a perspective on that time era from witness accounts. This allows students to actually look at newspaper articles in photograph from from that era. This site also has a number of articles written in current day that discuss historic events such as the Boston Tea Party and colonial life.
