Government has strict laws in order to fight against child pornography. Relevant laws and regulations to combat child pornography was revised in 2002 by Canadian government. It is illegal to spread pornographic photographs, films, videos to minors who are under age of eighteen. Government has the right to remove inappropriate images and data online. In addition, the law is focused on the bad impact among minors in terms of television and movies, it is required to mark “14+” or “18+” when it shows pornographic or violence content. • G – General Audience – Suitable for all ages.
