Decent Essays
Support the current production system for modules Amdocs Account Receivables, Amdocs Collections, Journaling and General Ledger for US Cellular Account.
Resolve the SLA tickets or incidents immediately as part of production support.
Support End-of-Day (EOD) or End-of-Month (EOM) critical revenue reports process failures in order to avoid any issues with revenue reports and books closure.
Provide short term and long term fixes for defects to keep the production up and running.
Provide RCA of the critical issues along with quantification to analyze revenue and number of customer impacted.
Perform code review of the team mates and approve change request form for production deployment.
Perform current production improvement task as part of clean
