The Amazon Rain Forest The Amazon rain forest is a beautiful and unique place on this earth. Its home to many different species of animals and plants. In the world today there are over 150 acres of the Amazon being cut down every hour. This essay will be discussing the importance of the animals, plants, and photosynthesis and how it is needed everywhere today including the amazon. If the rain forest is being cut down, were losing oxygen for ourselves and the animals who live there. The plants are losing carbon dioxide, which they need to produce the things they need to live. Plants create oxygen for us by consuming the oxygen that we exhale which turns into carbon dioxide. It’s the way of photosynthesis, plants use chlorophyll to make the sugars they need to live out of carbon dioxide. By the looks of it plants do a lot for us and the animals of the amazon therefore, if we keep cutting down that beautiful creation of god, we will lose a lot of things that we need.
