When I walked into Finch Fieldhouse, I did not expect there to be 143 tables worth of future employers, all squeezed into one gym. Although the Alpha Kappa Psi career fair was extremely overwhelming and stressful, it was beneficial to go as a freshman to understand what I can improve on at the next career fair. Due to this being my first job fair visit, I did not remember either of the two representative’s names. I provided context why I was interested in sparrow: I knew hospitals would have internship opportunities in many fields, as well as that is the hospital that I was born in. When asking about job internships, they provided an instruction sheet on how to apply for the internships.
