The binary opposition of Manuela and Lola is the main axis of the film and is a representation of identity. The plural identity is a new challenge for the postmodern society, reflected in film fiction of when this film was made. The main ideas, orientations and motivations of the film are presented in the context of the identity formation process. The changing feminine identity and its representations in the film are analyzed. The transformation of socio-cultural interpretation of the new family model is evident in this film. Identity consolidation is also provided in the story of the film. The process seems to verge from displaying no constraints on family models and human consciousness. These changes introduce new problems and questions into the field of culture and artistic reflections.
