Air France added the A380 superjumbo in its fleet on 20 November 2009 with inaugural flight to New York's JFK Airport from Paris' Charles de Gaulle Airport. Air France has its regional services in the name of as HOP. Air France started its low cost wing named as Transavia to target the European leisure market.
