Group topic: Aggression Cycle/Learn to Deal
In today’s session, group members received education regarding The Aggression Cycle, and gained an understanding how a building feeling of anger and resentment can spiral into a cycle of explosive or destructive behavior. Then, group members learned the D.E.A.L method, and took turn to share how to solve current problems in life by using D.E.A.L method.
PO moderately participated. Openly shared how he dealt with anger in the past, and how he would manage his anger differently from now on with peers. PO shared appropriately and remained on the topic and appeared to have positive response to treatment.
