Everyone knows that exercise is good to a person’s health as a part of staying strong and fit. Exercise defined as an activity to be carried out for a particular purpose which gently progress our health and it is an activity that requiring physical effort which people should make it as habit. For teenagers exercise is common to them and they get used to it in a regular basis. I believe that, exercise play a crucial role in teenagers life. In this essay, I will elaborate further on the advantages and disadvantages of exercising among teenagers.
The advantages of exercising at the beginning is weight control. It means exercising will prevent obesity.

Inadequate exercises can have a long term negative effect on individual look as well. Lack of exercise will the made visible sign of aging which make people’s face look fatter and older. In other words, teenagers having a aim which they wants to look much thinner and beautiful because of that they having exercise with inaccurately where they exercising over limit and it makes their faces look much older.

In conclusion it can be seen that there are many advantages and disadvantages of exercising among teenagers. Among the advantages of exercising are weight control, lifts mood, relieve stress, prevent diseases and help to sleep well while the disadvantages of exercising are causes of chronic stress, inactivity of cardiovascular health and physical effect of inadequate exercise. Exercise builds good health and strong mind to teenagers. Actually exercise has many advantages compare to disadvantages so that I think teenagers can have a healthy exercise with a correct direction. I hope that teenagers will make decision wisely and not prefer to unpleasant choices.
