Currently, a large number of students choose to study and work abroad. This phenomenon is quite normal around the world, because of globalization is getting more and more popular. However, people study and work overseas probably would face many challenges which would lead to people feel uncomfortable in their life. This essay will discuss some study and work problems people would need to challenge overseas. Moreover, this essay would also provide some advices to solve these issues. In the first part, it will focus on linguistic problems and how to deal with these problems. At the beginning, people need to recognize you cannot change the society, so you need to suit the new environment. Trying your best to communicate with local people is not an easy thing for foreigners. First of all, you need to know about cultural differences which can help to promote common understanding to improve work qualities(Castaneda,2013). You may need to change your work style into local functions which may decrease nervous emotions. What is more, respecting each others ' religion and values are significant for you to communicate with others. Hearing others opinion carefully, you can offer your ideas by a patient way. This may give your colleagues a good impression and life will be easier in abroad.
Last but not least important problem is on social aspects. Actually, study and work abroad perhaps face some financial difficulties. For example, if you live in a developed countries, your costs may increase a lot which could bring you some financial problems. Their governments may have responsibilities to give their citizen some social supports, such as hospitalization insurance, social insurance, and offer money to help local students to go school. But, most of the foreigners do not have these benefits from other countries supports, which means that, they may get more financial difficulties

This is a big challenge and it will bring you some sad feelings. Language difficulties, communicate problems, and social issues are three main points for people to suit a new environment. In some cases, go abroad indeed can provide us more benefits, because by this way, we can be more strong and independence and we can broaden our horizon. The world is developing faster and faster as well as the globalization encourages people to communicate more closely. Challenges could be solved, which means that, people cannot hide in one places to escape from challenges and we need to go ahead to build a more beautiful future. Therefore, when you face challenges abroad ,you need to be more optimistic and believe tomorrow will be better. This thought can help you to fight with problems, even problems are quite serious.
