You may think that a person like Hitler had a gruesome childhood to make him the horrible man he was, and you would almost be right. He quickly rose to power and became the Rank of lance corporal. Hitler also was rewarded with two Iron crosses for bravery (“Adolf Hitler”). Then in 1916 he was wounded and taken out of the war to recover, he was wounded at some one of the bloodiest wars (“Adolf Hitler: Man and monster”). After the war was over and Germany emitted defeat, Hitler became angry. Hitler thought he had to fix Germany, and the only way to do it was to e in politics. As a result he joined a party later called the Nazis, and soon rose to power, Hitler took control of the group and made the group symbol be the swastika (“The Coming of World War II”). As the group kept rising Hitler became more well know around the country. The party grew from 27,000 in 1925 to 108,000 in 1929 (“The rise of the Nazi Party”). More and more people liked what he had to say so he ran for presidency. Although he did not win, the President made Hitler, his chancellor so that he could calm down the people that follow Hitler (“Nazi Germany”). One night the Nazis held a protest know as the Beer Hall Putsch, although there was a fight and he got arrested (“The rise of the Nazi Party”). That night about a dozen people died in the fight (“Adolf Hitler”). He had a trail and was supposed to do five years in prison, but was only in for nine months.
