Addendum

On 28 March 2016, at approximately 1130, I asked Mr. about his use of outpatient psychology and questioned him about the storage of his firearms.

Mr. maintained that he has been seeing a mental health care worker in , on an ongoing basis. Mr. Majors said that he generally sees the mental health care worker "every two to three months."

Also, in regards to his firearms, stated that all of his weapons are secured in a gun safe, in which only his father and himself have access (fingerprint). claimed that the other members of his household do not have access to the weapons.

When pressed that if he would ever feel like harming himself in the future,said that he would have his father or other relative have possession of his firearms,
