In conclusion, added sugar negatively affects health to people in various ways and what people should do to prevent them from not eating it often. Experts clarify that eating too much added sugar will create potential physical problems, such as diabetes, cancer, obesity, and even death. On the contrast, these problems can be avoided if people reduce the consumption of added sugar, check the nutrition fact carefully. Even though the added sugar tastes sweet that mostly satisfy consumers’ appetite, planning for a decent amount of consumption will reduce the side effects from happening. For what I have learned in this research, having excessive amount of added sugars harm me for the health issue. Moreover, I will pay more attention to my family
