Acid ulcers are something that is very important in my life and is a big part of it and controls most of my days and nights. Peoples days go off of what to eat, and how much is consumed a day. Acid ulcers are “ A raw of inflamed area of the stomach lining”. Peptic ulcers are an open sore in your stomach. Gastroesophageal reflux disease, (GERD), “ is a digestive disorder that affects the lower esophageal sphincter,(LES), the ring of muscle between the esophageal muscle between the esophagus and stomach. Also gastric ulcers not so intense but so much of a pain in someone’s stomach. So this raises the question what happens if you have acid ulcers and or peptic/ gastric ulcers? Can the victim actually do anything for this or not. Is there a diet to help? Nothing can cause acid ulcers and nothing has been found to alleviate acid ulcers. Acid ulcers can also be caused by an imbalance of digestive fluids in the stomach. Stomach ulcers are hard to deal with and can cause stress. Bacteria also can cause ulcers, which is the most common way to get a stomach ulcer. Acid ulcers caused by bacteria are called helicobacter pylori, (H. pylori). This diet consists of more meat than the other diets. The meat in this diet is good for you because it’s more of an unprocessed meat and more of a natural meat. Unprocessed meats are better than processed meats because of the recent study by Harvard School of Public Health “found that eating processed meat, such as bacon, sausage of processed deli meats, was associated with a 42% higher risk of heart disease and of a 19% higher risk of type 2 diabetes” (“Eating Processed Meats”).
