Urinary incontinence is a problem that affects more women then men. A woman might experience the urge to go at the most inconvenient times. Often, women with urinary incontinence experience leaking, when they laugh, exercise, or simply sitting and relaxing. The fact is that urinary incontinence is associated with a weak pelvic floor. Therefore, it is imperative for women with incontinence issues to take steps to strengthen their pelvic floor. The pelvic floor consist of muscles, ligaments, tissues, and nerves that lend support to a group of organs in the pelvic region. For example, the bladder, uterus, vagina, and rectum.
