1. Reflection about your academic development during the semester
1.1 Reflection on each of the 4 modules studied during the semester First, the module study skills was mainly responsible to improve the quality of education a student can muster up and also to progress the individual attributes. Thus ,this module has helped me in order to become a better individual professionally and left me with an attitude full of confidence. The second module, Further Programming has helped me to become a better programmer. Although this was not as easy going even with a lot of concentration and practical hours, I still managed to grasp the basic concept in using programming languages therefore, this was the most challenging module of all. This helps me In my academic development because further on, there will be more group works with more intense and difficult but through this module, I am now ready to face that challenge. Programming is a necessary quality which every people must acquire to become successful in this field of education. Although it is just the basic step, I have learned to make proper use of coding, mainly, understanding what kind of class should be created, how to provide attributes, and the use of different functions. Through Problem Solving for IT, I am now capable of creating a database through the use of XAMPP, MySql and workbench, to understand and to make use of functions while creating the database, its tables an inserting queries. Logic was one of the module which helped me the most for academic development. Moving forward in the course, I would need more knowledge on mathematical formulas and different laws which I had no knowledge of prior to this module but through this module, I am now familiar with these basic steps which will help me in the near …show more content…
In the case for presentation, just like mentioned above, I will make sure that I be well prepared before any final presentation, make a better slide which looks professional, do a proper research, and increase my confidence level with a lot of rehearsing time before the presentation. Through the feedback from Problem Solving from IT, I realized that missing classes makes a big difference and thus I don't plan on missing any of my future classes unless it is absolutely necessary. I also plan on becoming more communicative in the future classes because staying passive in the class and just listening to the lecturer is not enough. Raising questions after questions until I get the concept of the topic being taught is what I plan on doing. Lastly, making more time for reviewing the things taught on the class is one of the main task I plan on doing. The things I learn in the class, I need to review it at least once when I get home and also look for the slides of the next
