Poverty can consist of a few different meanings, it does not have just one meaning. Although, generally it can be described as being poor (BusinessDictionary.com, 2015). Child poverty applies to children that come from poor families or orphans being raised with limited, or in some cases absent, state resources (Barnardos.org.uk, 2015). There is two types of poverty absolute poverty and relative poverty, absolute poverty is when people cannot afford basis necessities to support a minimum level of their health, such as food, shelter, heating for warmth.
