The core aim of this paper is to discuss about a bill that was introduced in the state of New Jersey between the years 2013 – 2016. The bill that is going to be discussed should be a bill that focuses on health care or nursing. It should focus on ensuring that it provides safety to the environment. The bill should also be mindful about the people’s welfare as well as their health. I decided to select a bill that had undergone various legislative sessions. I will discuss on a bill about abortion. This bill is listed as bill number S2026. According to, this bill, women who had been pregnant for more than twenty weeks after the fertilization stage could not be able to conduct an abortion. This bill was meant to protect the life of the unborn child;
