Developing a good moral integrity is basically your conscience and is essential in a day-to-day living. It is aids one in dealing with life crisis.
My personal morality governs my behavior and dealings with others. It is who I am and portrays my character and traits. The values I acquired from my family while growing up has been passed down from previous generation. This is where I learn how to balance my life in work, love and play. The shared values from family is the basis on how my children will grow as adult and how they can function normally in the society. My family is my priority and whenever possible I spend time with them. Being a single mom does not give me much time in building a new relationship but I try to live a well-balanced life. In creating a balance life, I work, exercise, go out with family and friends to avoid stress (Duffy, S.
