A hero in society is somebody that is admired by others, has a positive outlook on life, and people look up to them because of how good they are. A tragic hero is someone who has their life planned out for them. They have been handed an amazing opportunity that either they take and go far with, or they destroy their chances of ever becoming good again. Aaron Hernandez used to be a tight-end for the New England Patriots. He was a huge part of the team and their winning season. Aaron Hernandez is indeed a tragic hero because he had a lot going for him and chose to do bad things.
