Learning Environment This environment offers all patients the opportunity to talk about their illness and find ways to cope with issues that may arise with such illness. This learning environment also offers the opportunity to find solutions to their illness by trying coping methods that have worked for others. This also offers an opportunity to know they are not alone with their symptoms. The learners will be able to talk to others through the classroom by exchanging information (Dunlap, & Lowelthal,2009).
Learners
The class will be held locally and within one organization which is blended. This blend includes younger and older clients, with different types of mental illness. The learners have opportunities to interact with each other in a learning environment that is not only all about them, they have to consider others.

The quality of the program can be determined also by how the patient is progressing on their treatment plan. Knowing the treatment plan objective and following the treatment plan is the most important thing for the patient with mental illness to learn. If the patient does not learn the treatment plan and form of coping they will not progress in their mental illness but they will continue to regress. Regression is noted by hospitalizations of the patient.
Conclusion:
Implementation of the ID program is an important part and design, ease of use and consideration of who will be learning from the program is a must for success of any program either online or in person. The use of ADDIE if used correctly can determine the success of a ID program. The teaching strategies , quality , material used and media presentation all determine the success of the program but the evaluation o the program determines if this program will be
