It is my hope that while you are reading this letter, you will gain an understanding of the papers contained in this portfolio. I enclose three essays, and three reflections about the assignments that
I have summited for my writing class at Germanna Community College, English 112. The essays are: a summary report, a literary analysis, and an argumentative report. Below I present general descriptions of my writing, along with my review of my strengths and weaknesses.
My purpose on writing a summary report “How to Live 100 +” was to present a summary about a video of Dan Beuttner where he stated that social and cultural factors influence longevity. My intent was not to argue his position, but it was about to tell who the main character was and

Which sometimes is focused from a different perspective, but I at the same time I wanted to avoid bias, so that created conflict of my interests. Another way of improving my paper could be done by doing some elaboration to create a clearer case against the alternative view. I did not validate enough the counterpoint. Finally, as usual, pay attention to my grammar.
I put a great amount of time and effort into each assignment. I am dissatisfied with some of the details, but at the same time satisfied with the overall of this collection. Looking at this collection, I just can say that writing is a whole and evolving process. Comparing my projects from English 111 and these ones, and I can see that my writing has improved by much, but I am sure that if I have to do these assignments again, I will never be 100 percent satisfied with my work because I demand too much from myself, and because each project reflects my thoughts at that particular time of my life. I know I can do a better job, but I am also aware of my limitations. It is my hope that you find the papers interesting and informative and that as
