In order to understand the test and our findings we want to explain our methodology. To conduct our usability test we invited 10 Texas A&M students to come to a open computer lab on the A&M campus. When students arrived we had them each log into the computers and gave them two handouts. One handout was a list of scenarios that they had to complete using the Brazos Church Pantry website. The scenarios listed were things like, using the site as a volunteer, donator, receiver or church member and finding contact information.This handout was meant to see how easy the students could navigate the cite and find the needed information through open ended answers.
