The picture provided is a picture of a graph. The graph depicts weight in pounds and weight in kilograms. Another thing that it depicts is height in feet and inches and height in centimeters. It explains what your healthy weight should be for your height. It shows you what your healthy weight should be by a shaded line that goes across the graph. It also shows what the unhealthy weights are for your height. The unhealthy weights do not have the shading that the healthy weight does. There is not just one healthy weight. It all varies depending on your height so if your shorter than your healthy weight is going to be less than it would be if you're taller. An example is if you're 5'0" you're healthy weight should be around 105 pounds to 135 pounds in kilograms that would be 46 kilograms to 58 kilograms but if you're 6'2" your healthy weight should be around 165 pounds to 210 pounds and in kilograms that would be 74 kilograms to 94 kilograms. The graph starts at a height of 5'0" and goes to about 6'4" in feet and inches and for height in centimeters it goes from 150 centimeters to 195 centimeters. For weight in pound the graph goes from 100 pounds to 220 pounds. For weight in kilograms it goes from 42 kilograms to 98 kilograms.

All you need to do is find your height in the unit of measurement that you use and find your weight, or just look at the weight section, in the unit of measurement that you use. Then you can view the healthy weights for your height and find out if you're at a healthy or unhealthy weight. It's also very universal because of the different measurements that it provides. This graph makes it easy for anybody to understand it and use it correctly. Another thing that makes it a good graph is the intervals that it uses, they're not far apart and makes it easy for anybody to find their height or weight or just read it in
