1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, transportation, personal protective equipment, clothing, hearing and eye protection (when required) including prescription safety glasses, and any incidentals necessary to provide a maintenance agreement on two (2) OCE Plotwave plotters. The plotters are used to print, copy, and scan drawings required per Air Force instructions to support the mission of the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group. The customer has requested Canon factory maintenance plan.
1.1.1. The contractor shall provide maintenance agreement and repair services to support the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group at Robins AFB, GA. The contractor shall repair by the next business day or work eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days a week schedule. All maintenance on plotters (a.k.a OCE Plotwave Printers) as well as costs incurred during maintenance shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.

Contractor personnel are required to comply with Government security requirements to preclude potential security incidents or violations, including potential unauthorized disclosure or compromise of classified and/or controlled unclassified information. If a change in the security classification of the contract/order from an unclassified to a classified status becomes necessary after contract/order award, the Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to continue performance of work under the contract/order in compliance with the change in security classification in accordance with FAR 52.204-2, Security
