A day in the life of a pumpkin
I woke up in the middle of the pumpkin patch with all the other pumpkins. Today was the first day that the humans could come and pick one of us to take home with them. Of course, we pumpkins had no say in this, we would just sit on the silly human’s porch, then be thrown away as soon as Thanksgiving comes like garbage. Soon, the humans have arrived to look at all of us pumpkins, a perfect little family came along and decided to take me home. After, a long and bumpy car ride home, the humans begin to take out knives and prepared to cut in my flesh. I was horrified. They began to carve a face in my flesh and scoop out all my seeds. Then they put me on the porch, with a candle inside of me. Halloween had arrived
