The group played an ice breaker where if you identified with the person in the middle, a person had to run to and link arms with the person in middle. I sat back and observed as the student with visual impaired was clueless to her surroundings. I become upset so I stepped up to intervene the icebreaker. I pointed out to the group that the ice breaker was not being inclusive to all in attendance. I suggested instead of running to middle to link arms, how about clapping once if you identify with the student in the middle. Everyone went to the middle to share one thing about themselves and having a tactile pad for the student in the middle to stand on. The ice breaker restarted and all was able to enjoy the game. I was only able to make the game inclusive with the help of this course. The smile I saw on the student that is visually impaired was priceless. Therefore I am thankful for this course. I do not suggest changing anything. I was able to take away a lot from this course and apply it to life. Although, I personally would of liked more time on campus using a wheelchair and being a person who is visually impaired instead. In conclusion I am thankful for my instructor and the course
