This diet offers you the possibility to lose up to 3 kilos in five days and help you feel healthier. This diet is strict when it comes to meals, and you will also have to eat higher amounts of tomatoes than usual.
The 5 day Tomato diet menu:
Day 1
Breakfast
2 slices of black bread toasts with a little butter and a teaspoon of honey, tea or coffee is allowed, buth without sugar.
Lunch
Tomato salad with cheese
Prepare a salad from the following ingredients:
150 g low-fat cheese (crushed)
350 g fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil

Add tablespoon of olive oil, two tablespoons of lemon juice and salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Dinner
Hake soup
Vegetable soup made of two tomatoes two onions and baked hake cut in pieces.
Day 3
Breakfast
Two slices of wheat bread. On one add low fat cheese a slice of tomato and onion, and on the other one honey.
Lunch
In a bowl mix two eggs, four tablespoons of mineral water, two tablespoons of parsley and salt and pepper. Then chop 300 grams of mushrooms in a frying pan and add chopped tomatoes. When the mushrooms reduce in size add the mixture that you prepared earlier. Mix everything together.
Dinner
Tomato with meat
Bake 125 grams of lamb meat without any additional oil. In a separate pan fry half an onion, add 400 grams of chopped tomato and bake for few minutes. Meal complete one toast of rye bread.
Day 4
Breakfast
Two slices of whole wheat, apply cream cheese on them and put one slice of ham. You can add 2 dl. of tomato juice.
Lunch
Cold gazpacho
Fry onion in a small amount of olive oil, and add sliced pepper. Briefly fry them and add 500 g of chopped tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes. Add one sliced cucumber , one fine chopped garlic clove and salt and pepper to desire . Serve with two slices of whole wheat
