The 3 hour diet

This diet involves controlling your portions and eating at certain times. You have to eat breakfast within one hour of waking, eat three hours after that and stop eating three hours before bedtime.

You are allowed to eat what ever you want but you have to watch your portions. This diet emphasizes that there are no bad foods but rather just bad portions. This diet suggests that eating every three hours teaches your body to constantly reset its metabolism.

What experts say:

The only thing that has been shown to increase your BMR is exercise. Some studies show that eating frequency has no effect on a person’s overall metabolic rate.

Pros: You are allowed to eat whatever you want and you can eat frequently too.
