3 C's Of Leadership: Consistency, Courage, And Communication

Characteristics that a leader should demonstrate are the 3 C’s that I go by when in any type of leadership position, and they are: Consistency, Courage, and Communication. These traits are important because they are not only needed to be an efficient leader but they are also needed in day to day life.
Consistency in a leader is important because no one wants someone who half does something, that’ll only make the people under the leader do as they do then nothing gets accomplished. Positivity should also be consistent, it will only make things flow a lot smoother without any bad or negative energy.
Courage is very important because leaders should always take greater risk and put themselves out there to make sure they are always ahead of the
