As Leading Petty Officer for 2M he is as an expert leader and outstanding manager, he led his division through several inspections through the year with outstanding results and led a successful 2M Crane Site Certification with outstanding results. He is constantly training his sailors to do better and not just the bare minimum. As a subject master expert in Micro Miniature/Module Test and Repair he is constantly striving for success and making everything more streamline.

Through the meticulous performance of 14 highly motivated instructors we completed three Miniature Electronic Repair, three Micro Miniature Electronic repair, one Module test and Repair, one 2M Technician Recertification, one 2M Instructor Pipeline, two 2M Instructor Certification/Recertification course convenes and four Fiber Optic Course Convenes, graduating 103 students to the Fleet. As 3MA for N-25 conducts self-assessments for the departments 3M program for eight work centers, and reviews the status and tracks PMS accomplishment and non-accomplishment. Every week ensures that all PMS changes have been annotated and applied to the schedule before the Department head reviews and finalizes the changes. Also, reviewing all lined out MIP’s on the LOEP on MRC’s and all maintenance documentation supporting PMS.

Assures that the lead abatement program for 2M division is being followed accordance with NAVFAC guidelines for lead disposal. Currently we have 5 satellite locations with in N-25 that we have to sustain for proper lead disposal. We have had no discrepancies with our satellite locations with the last lead disposal
