The American Association of college of nursing help nurses to improve quality of care. It is predicted that by 2020 “ nursing will be highly educated and diverse profession that will assume leadership in health care delivery , quality and development of new knowledge to improve health”. ( Hood, 2018, p 27)
AACN BSN Essentials built the framework for the curriculum for nursing career. The Essentials of nursing built with the effort of nursing education, executive team, clinician, and researcher (AACN, 2018). In the Baccalaureate essentials, nurses have many important information, including not limited to the role of nurses in the baccalaureate program, curriculum content, and competency and teaching strategies.
