On the day of the question, claimant Villarreal stated that she was feeling so sick that particular date but was overly concerned about her 14-year-old daughter’s well-being because she started feeling ill after she had her Subway sandwich.

She stated that she felt queasiness inside her stomach area and also felt bloated but did not complain any of these symptoms to her mother or her daughter.

She indicated that she did not self-medicate herself with any Pepto-Bismol or any laxatives or gas medications to eliminate the gas that she was currently having inside her stomach.

Claimant Breza stated that she did not seek her medical treatment as she and her mother transported her 14-year-old daughter to Huntington Beach Hospital. She says that
