However, it is likely to be short lived because of the number of competitors that using e-commerce. I think that the businesses must adopt e-commerce to avoid losing the market share to other businesses which already using e-commerce.
2. Compare between alternative perspectives on business model. (Chapter 2) [3 Marks]

First of all, I want to identify the business model which is a summary of how a business will generate a profit by identifying the core product or service value proposition, target customers in different markets, position in the competitive online marketplace or value chain and its revenue and costs.
The business model can be viewed by three perspectives. Here are the three alternative perspectives on business model:

1. Marketplace position perspective:
Marketplace position is how you wants the marketplace to view your business.
