    Cpt Case

5 % decrease in Units Packed per Hour (UPH) for both singles paths. Without the CPT chase, the decrease in UPH would not exist and therefore we would be able to pack out more items, making more money. However for each item that misses a CPT, it costs, on average, $2.85 to upgrade the shipment. Because of this I performed two analyses to see the impact of our CPT Chase. The first analysis I performed was an analysis looking at the profitability of sending out additional packages vs. the potential cost of having to upgrade CPT misses. I started by calculating the average UPH drop for each singles path. To do this, I first looked at the rates for hours that did not have breaks and were not directly preceding a CPT, this gave me a benchmark for the average rate to expect for each singles path. In SS the benchmark rate from 6/1 to 7/6 was 290. For SL, the benchmark rate was 87. To see the average UPH drop, I looked at the CPT hours (10:00-11:00, 13:00-14:00, 15:00-16:00, and 17:00-18:00). Looking at these hours saw a significant drop in UPH. However, this can be largely attributed to standup after lunch (13:00-13:10), 2nd break (15:25-15:40), and restocking at end of shift (17:55-18:00). Because of this, I used adjusted times to more accurately track the UPH drop (10:00-11:00, 13:15-14:00, and 17:00-17:45). Upon tracking these from 6/1 through 7/6, I found a 14 UPH drop in SS and a 2 UPH drop in SL. Using this information and varying the number of packers in each path, I was able…

I am becoming better at open-ended questions. I noticed that I would ask more close-ended questions while doing intakes instead of having a conversation with the clients and now I am much better at shifting away from closed-ended questions. I noticed that in the initial intervention I only asked one closed-ended question and none in the alternative statements. I also noticed that I am better at having more of a conversation-based intake with clients at my practicum site, just by rewording the…

would benefit would be those individuals responsible for providing group treatment programs. As the overcrowding situation is lessened, there would be the opportunity for larger meeting spaces, hopefully resulting in a potential rise in group participation rates. the last few decades, homeschooling has become a feasible alternative to public and private school education. The homeschool movement began in the early 1970’s and has shown to be effective for many students and parents. Homeschooling and Socialization Homeschooling, something once known as alternative, is now becoming somewhat mainstream in the United States. Parents are looking for alternative ways to teach their children, besides the public school system.
