Part of what would make me a qualified is that I am currently pushing to get my Bachelors in Animal Science with an emphasis in the Pre-Vet field. I excel in all of my agricultural based classes, and when given the proper teaching and time, I am quite fantastic with most other topics. It has been my dream since I was five years old, when I figured out exactly what I wanted to do with my life, to attend A&M. Most of the vets that I know and love graduated from A&M and are some of the most well known and coveted in the state of Texas, some even further. If I am to be accepted into the vet program, I hope to attain my Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine through this campus, preferably by excelling in all my classes. I have already taken multiple agricultural classes, ranging from general animal science to feeds and feeding, even genetics. I have also taken a few courses on vet tech terms so that I have a better understanding of the terms and illnesses that one might encounter in this field. I fully intend to practice in large and small animal therefore I am not excluding any type of research, be it horses and livestock or domesticated house pets. I feel it would be especially intriguing to get a chance to study the more exotic animals, such as tigers, elephants, and even lemurs. I believe that only A&M could help me achieve these goals and the life that I strive
