1. Prior to the film, I consumed a lot of animal based products. On average, I would consume three to four animal products per day. For breakfast, I generally consume a banana, cereal, and bacon. For lunch, I normally get a sandwich, with turkey for the meat, and a side of yogurt. For dinner, I normally make a wrap which contains chicken as the meat and a fruit. Before this film, I did not realize the amount of animal products and animal biproducts I ate on a daily basis. After watching this film, I will attempt to slowly eliminate animal products out of my diet.

For the last few days I will attempt to only consume one animal based product per day. Hopefully by slowly waning myself off I will be able to eliminate animal based products.
