Question #4
What does prayer mean to me? What is the significance of prayer in my life? What does the Lord's Prayer mean to me?
1. Prayer for me means: Someone is listening. It is a time where it is a quiet and my mind has a connection to God. It could be a gratitude for something good or it could be a request or help for someone in need or for someone that needs healing or even something that I might need. Prayer is when I really pay attention to my life and what is going on.
2. Significance of prayers is to contact God in our Spirit. Consider what prayer really is. Pray genuine prayers that could happen; be more realistic.
3. The Lords prayer is something that is quickly memorized, at least by me. It is agreement that we are making with our God. We are asking to be blessed by God an have our needs met. We ask for the forgiveness and guidance. Hope to have Gods power for giving, that we live in Gods Kingdom forever.
