Human Trafficking Human trafficking is a serious issue. It’s the second largest criminal enterprise after drug smuggling and arms dealing. Human trafficking is the illegal movement of people, typically for forced labor or commercial sexual exploitation. There are many myths about human trafficking that it doesn’t happen here in the United States or that victims are only foreign and are poor. Actually, human trafficking exists in every country and victims can be any age, race, gender, or nationality. Human trafficking is the largest human right violation in history. People commit this crime for the purpose of exploitation. Human trafficking is a heinous crime that needs stop. The Blue Campaign helps inform people on human trafficking, how to report suspected crimes of human trafficking, and to help combat human trafficking.(Department of Homeland Security, dhs.gov/topic/human-trafficking , August 31,2015). A way to help end human trafficking have people who were in human trafficking help units search out places that are keen for human traffickers and where they mainly go to get the people.
