The right to opinion is neglected in the introduction to the reign of terror document. “Robespierre justified his use of terror by suggesting that it helped French citizens to remain true to the ideals of the Revolution.. .” This is pure evidence that the region of terror is not justified because the use of terror goes against the ideals of rights, specifically the right to live.
