The Arguement Of Becca's Killer

Decent Essays
My cousin questioned me regarding the arrest of the of Becca’s killer. She inquired about what he could be charged with, could sexual motivation be a factor, and should she attend the arraignment. Since she had little knowledge of the law, and I did well in Criminal Law and Procedure, I was immediately able to respond to her initial questions. Since I am not an attorney and not legally allowed to advise her in an official capacity, I could only speculate on my collective knowledge of the law. I told her that the charge for the crime depended on the circumstances of the offense. Additionally, I explained a description of taking another person’s life and that the death of an individual is considered a homicide until otherwise proven.

The two events are expertly crafted to create a world of universal truth at last acknowledged. Tying these histories together by use of characters, presentation of unknown truth, as well as applying agency to three points of views, Daeninckx works to legitimize the lesser-known events of the Algerians to fully realize the literary purpose of Murder in Memoriam.…

Often language and mathematics are what are seen as the most valuable subjects to learn in school, but these subjects lack the enjoyment aspect of an individual and dehumanize the component of learning. Graphic novels are often a way to show reading in a pleasant manner, unlike the tedious and singular-noted textbooks assigned to read, and can further encourage the pursuit of education outside of school through reading books perceived as fun to the reader. By introducing Alice in Murderland, students can find individual tastes in literature, analyze writing style used by the author, discuss allusions used throughout the novel, find understanding that all uses of reading are not needed to be for the purpose of facts, and learn how artwork can…
