Dear State Legislators,
Texting while driving is considered dangerous by many people, including authorities and parents, and in some places have either been outlawed or restricted. Many people consider texting to be either "very" or "extremely" distracting while driving. Almost all people who have driven can admit to driving while distracted or being in a car while the driver was distracted. Texting has become a normal thing since the early 2000’s because of the introduction and innovation of cell phones, specifically smartphones, which allow people to communicate faster.
