In the ideal interview, the patient should explain about the stress related to life when patient suffers from stresses which should be known by the interviewer for the better treatment goals then the only patient could be treated well according to the problems. A study suggests that depression is a primary disorder in the substance use and patient can become indistinct after many years of alcohol consumption that can be determined to the counselor for the treatment. The complex of substance use and depression might encounter personality disorder in the patients which should be cared and monitored frequently for the better outcome.
