It feels like yesterday I was finishing last in gymnastics. Then my mom would tell me, “Never give up!” or “Don’t let anything stop you from doing what you love.” I can hear those cliché phrases boggling in my head now as I rush from school to work.
With my schedule, it is evident that I push myself regardless of my conditions. This is how I get through my health downfall. I need the money to get through school. Currently, I am working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian. The easy part is saying it aloud or writing it down. My choice for my career hit me hard out of nowhere. The decision solely came from my struggles. The hardship of my health gave me the ability to think bigger than myself.
